The rota is 29 weeks 24/7 (26 weeks/26 weeks off, plus 3emergency weeks). There is a yearly schedule which is established 6 months ahead, so nannies can plan their personal time, knowing their work and break times throughout the year.
The family’s priority is for the two siblings to be very connected. The new nanny joining should establish a closeness, connection and trust with both the children, prioritising and encouraging the siblings being together. The family are looking for a nanny who is passionate about the welfare of children, taking pride in seeing little ones blooming to their full potential. She should be dedicated nanny who has her heart into the care of the children. The family practices gentle discipline and lots of communication with the boys.
The boys are very happy and settled, as well as fun, clever and active, also very affectionate and sweet… Extremely lovable. They thrive on relationships whether with family, each other, their caring nannies or their friends. The older child attends nursery school five mornings a week as well as enjoying fun classes, kids clubs and play dates. He is a spirited, very intelligent, loving, compassionate, creative little boy with great sense of humour and the biggest heart.
The younger little boy also enjoys fun cute baby classes and play dates and is adorable, calm and most content baby ever.
It is a fully-staffed household, however the nannies are required to carry out some nursery duties such as planning healthy meals planning, organisation of classes and playdates for the children, maintaining the playroom and children’s bedrooms, shopping for toys/clothes, packing and unpacking for family holidays and travel, alongside setting up holiday homes or hotel rooms so that they are child appropriate and child-proof.
The family travels regularly throughout Europe and the USA, to their other homes. Visas will be organised for the US.
The new nanny needs to have excellent organisational skills so that they are one step ahead when anticipating the children’s and family’s needs. The family and team are looking for a warm, tender, positive, patient and loving nanny to be part of their extended family. The nanny will need to show a sincere commitment to the wellbeing and happiness of the children in a sole and shared care environment and be ready for lots of cuddles and fun!
You must be either a Nanny with an early years degree or French speaker with Nursery School teacher experience or such.
